WILL ON RECORD IN WARREN COUNTY, OH
WILL OF PETER STILLY TEMPLIN
I Peter Templin of the County of Warren and State of Ohio, being anxious to settle my worldly concerns, and to prepare for a better world, knowing the certainty of death and the uncertainty of life, and being know of Sound mind and memory, God be praised for these blessings do therefore make and publish this my last Will and Testament.
Item 1st I Give and devise my Soul to Almighty God and my body to the Earth the common Mother of all mankind to be decently buried.
Item 2nd I give and devise to my beloved Wife all my Estate Real and Personal to have and control the Same as She may see proper. So long as she may remain my Widow, if my Widow does remarry, then it is my will that She shall have one third of all my Estate the Same as She would be entitled to under the Statues of Ohio, and the She Shall pay all just debts and Claims against my Estate at the time of my death.
Item 3rd I give and devise to my son Edward J. and Rosa M. Templin all my Estate Real and Personal which shall be divided between them equally as soon after the death of my wife as may be practicable. If my wife should remarry, then my Estate shall be divided equally between my wife, my son Edward J. and my daughter Rosa M. Templin, as indicated by Item 2nd as Soon, there after as will be practicable to do so, and it is my desire that my Estate whatever it may be, if divided between my wife, Son and Daughter that it be done by them by mutual consent, and if divided between my Son and Daughter, Edward J. and Rosa M. Templin it is also my desire that the division be made by them by mutual Agreement.
