Ramsey & James Baxter, Administrators of Richard Templin, late of Bart
Township in the County of Lancaster, yeoman deceased, having stated and filed
in the Register office at Lancaster their Administration Account on the estate
of the said deceased, and legal notice thereof being given by the said Register
the same is now produced to the Court for confirmation whereby it appears that
the said account was duly recorded by the Register and that there remains in
the hands of the said Accountants a balance of $10,584.45 the Court on due
examination thereof and advisement had thereon approve of and confirm the same
and direct that the balance after deducting therefrom $1.50 the expenses of
this Court the remainder thereof amounting to $10,582.95 left be paid and
distributed agreeably to Law.
Upon
the petition of Mary Templin, daughter of Richard Templin, late of the Township
of Bart, in Lancaster County deceased a minor under the age of twenty one years
said minor appears on open Court and made choice of Robert Miller Esquire as
her guardian, who was approved of and appointed by the Court.
Upon
the petition of Elizabeth Templin, widow and relict of Richard Templin, late of
the Township of Bart, in Lancaster County deceased. Robert Miller Esquire is
appointed guardian of Richard Templin, a minor under the age of fourteen years,
son of said deceased.

the Petition of Elizabeth Templin, widow and relict of Richard Templin, late of
Bart Township, Lancaster County deceased. The court appoint Maxwell Kennedy,
guardian over the person of Richard Templin, a minor son of said deceased under
14 years of age, his minority.
