I, Elbert Templin of Reynolds, Jefferson County, Nebraska, being of sound mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following:
1. I direct that my funeral expenses, the expenses of administering my estate and of my last sickness be paid out of my personal property, if that be insufficient I authorize my executor hereinafter named to sell so much of my real estate as may be necessary for said purpose.
2. I give unto my son Frank Templin of the State of Oklahoma and my daughter Estella Krebeck of Neligh, Nebraska, the sum of $1.00 each and no more for the reason that each of my said children aforesaid has already received his full share of my estate.
3. After my death it is my will and desire that all of the real estate of which I may die seized and possessed and all personal property shall be converted into cash by my executor hereinafter named and I hereby authorize my said executor to sell any real estate of which I die seized and possessed and to give good and sufficient deed for the same without the sanction of any court and he is to use his own judgment as to when it is best to sell said land and what price he is to receive for the same. After all of my property is converted into cash I give and bequeath the same unto my following named twelve children share and share alike, Eugene Templin, Margaret Lang, Ruby Prefert and Burnie Templin of Thayer County, Nebraska, Pearl Hutson of Canada, Wallace Templin of Neligh, Nebraska, William Templin of Spokane, Washington, Edgar Templin of Shelton, Nebraska, Ralph Templin of Fort Worth, Texas, Clem Templin of Kansas City, Missouri, Allie McCall of Lincoln, Nebraska, and Samuel Templin of Neligh, Nebraska.
I nominate my son Samuel Templin executor of this my last will and testament without bond.

We whose names are hereunto subscribed, do hereby certify that Elbert Templin, the testator, subscribed his name to this instrument in our presence and in the presence of each of us, and declared at the same time in our presence and hearing that this instrument was his last will and testament, and we at his request sign our names hereto in his presence as attesting witnesses, and in the judgment of each of said witnesses said Elbert Templin is more than 21 years of age and of sound mind.
