            Mrs. Belle C. Templin, 58, wife of Frank Templin, a W. Main St. druggist, died at 6:30 a.m. Thursday at her home, 363 E. Madison Ave. She was born Oct. 27, 1880, at Davenport, Ia., and had been a resident of Springfield for the past 46 years.


            She had been in failing health for the past two years. She was a member of the Northminster Presbyterian Church and, prior to her illness, was active in the various women’s groups of the church.


            Besides her husband, she leaves two sons, Robert L. and Richard C., both of Springfield, and two sisters, Mrs. Mae Young of Fort Dodge, Ia., and Mrs. Katherine Cleveland of this city; one brother, Joseph W. Cope of Dayton.


            The body was taken to the Jackson Funeral Home.
