MRS. J. H. TEMPLIN DIES AT BROKAW HOSPITAL
Mrs. Alice Templin,
wife of J. H. Templin, a prominent farmer at Shirley, died at 4:50 p.m.,
yesterday at Brokaw Hospital. Death was caused by uremic poisoning. She had
been ill only a few days. She was 59 years old. Mrs. Templin was born in Tennessee. Her name was Alice Green. She married J.
H. Templin in Kentucky forty years ago. Besides her husband, she
leaves two daughters, Mrs. I. W. Spear of Galesburg, and Mrs. Minola
Henderson of Shirley. She also leaves four grandchildren. Mrs. Templin was a
member of the Christian Church. The funeral will be held Monday morning at the
home.
