FUNERAL WILL BE HELD FRIDAY FORENOON FOR FARMER WHO DIED TODAY

 

Albert W. Templin, age 80 years passed away this morning at his home East of town on R.R. 5 after an illness of several months of organic heart trouble and complications.

 

He was a native of Hendricks County but had resided in Morgan County for about 30 years, the last four years in the Cramertown community. He was a member of the I.O.O.F. lodge no. 465 at Indianapolis.

 

He leaves the wife, Mrs. Anna Beasley Templin, three sons, Harry, of Mt. Sterling, Ky., Perry of Franklin, and Casper, at home, and eight grandchildren.

 

Funeral services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at the Mt. Pleasant Church in Marion County, with burial in the church cemetery.

 

Friends may call at residence any time Thursday.

 

 

FINAL TRIBUTE PAID TO ALBERT W. TEMPLIN IN SERVICES THIS FORENOON

 

Funeral rites for Albert W. Templin were held at 11 o’clock this forenoon in the Mt. Pleasant Church near West Newton, conducted by Rev. D. W. Noble, of Indianapolis. Hymns were “Beautiful Isle” and “Some Day He’ll Make It Plain to Me”, sung by Mrs. Aileen Long, accompanied by Miss Margaret Butler.

 

Pall bearers were Ferdinand Frische, John Brown, Albert Voiles, Fred Townsend, John Lemons, and Roy Goss.

 

Flowers were carried by the Misses Florence, Elizabeth, and Naomi Templin and Mrs. Aura Brown.

 

Burial was in the Mt. Pleasant cemetery.
