Married November 26, 1903 in Center, Texas. He was the son of Charles Templin and Nancy Curry. Charles was the son of Henry Templin and Elizabeth Pierce. Henry was the son of Charles Templin and Mary Bishop.
JAMES H. TEMPLIN was born September 17, 1868 in Pineville, Monroe Co., Ala. And moved to East Texas in 1890. He was a carpenter and known up and down the La.-Texas state line for his skills in building homes.
Before his marriage in 1903, he took care of his mother, grand-mother Curry, and his sister, Elizabeth (Lizzie).
